As HostBill licenses are perpetual, you can continue using the platform without active updates or support access. Optionally you can renew access to support by buying support ticket bundles and to new updates at $125/year. All existing HostBill clients can also buy modules upgrades at a fraction of the price for new clients.
Updates are small changes introduced several times per year: fixes for features that aren't working as intended or minor software enhancements.
Upgrades are new major versions that offer significant changes or improvements over the current version. Upgrades are released at most once a year.
If any new module/integration was released and added to your edition after you made a purchase, it will not be automatically added to your license. Any newly released modules must be purchased separately. This also concerns the All-inclusive license.
Yes. If for any reason within the 30 days after purchase you will be unsatisfied with your HostBill or its components you can claim a full refund. The 30 days Money Back Guarantee applies to new customers and license/components cost only. Services like custom development, installation or migration service are non-refundable. 30 days Money Back Guarantee starts from initial purchase date and it cannot be extended by subsequent components/license purchases.

Yes. If selected HostBill edition does not include integration you like, you can order it at any time.
