Overview

AD/LDAP Module allows to authenticate clients with Active Directory / Lightweight Directory Access Protocol. The module allows to connect with multiple AD/LDAP hosts to authenticate clients against them. Client profiles that are missing in HostBill can be created automatically using a template. AD/LDAP module also allows to create LDAP groups and select group per client. Client password can also be auto synchronized from LDAP in HostBill db upon login.

    • Connect with multiple AD/LDAP hosts
    • Fallback authentication to standard HostBill Auth
    • Set login mode per client
    • Support Active Directory, OpenLDAP and FreeIPA

  • Auto-create clients from HostBill to AD/LDAP

    • Create & assign LDAP groups
    • Select LDAP server/group per client
    • Auto-export client contacts
    • Import contacts from LDAP to HostBill
    • Update LDAP passwords upon change in HostBill
    • Map client fields to LDAP attributes
    • Remove contacts missing from LDAP group
    • Delete LDAP users with HostBill clients
    • Grant ticket access to imported contacts
    • Set naming prefixes and suffixes
