Before submitting a bug report, please ensure you are using the latest version of HostBill.
If you’re using an out-of-date version, please upgrade your HostBill to the latest version and see if the issue persists.

What should be included in the bug report?

  • precise description of the issue
  • steps to reproduce the issue
  • links to bug screenshots
  • any error messages you received
  • related modules/apps namesrecent
  • entries from "Extras->System Logs->Error log" from your HostBill

Your submission will be carefully reviewed by HostBill team and we’ll contact you if we need more information. Please note that not all bug reports get a personalized follow-up reply, but they are all monitored by our developers. If the bug is confirmed, we will work on a the fix. Keep an eye on our weekly release notes to check all the bugs fixed during the week.
