With Inventory Manager you can track every item by its manufacturer, vendor, serial number and even physical location in your company. It helps you to create your own structures and manage/resell any asset like software, licenses, hardware, services.
Inventory Manager provides logical inventory structure for your company. Each item from server case to its single nut and bolt belongs to a manufacturer, vendor and category. For each vendor and manufacturer you can store contact details, descriptions etc. Each Items stores its support and warranty dates to make sure your operation-critical assets are up to date and supported. Items in your inventory can be easily found by smart Serial Number search - items with matching part or entire serial number will show up instantly in search results box. All items in your inventory will have automatically generated QR code containing item serial number and quick link to inventory manager details. Print QR code, stick onto item and forget about wondering what is what in your company.
