Fraud Record module uses its database of fraud, abusive or otherwise unpleasant clients, formed by contributing companies to verify your new clients and new orders against fraud. The module will give you information about customer score in FraudRecord database – score higher than 0 means that customer had been reported in the past. To match the client the module can use even a single email address, IP number, or client name.

With Fraud Record module you can also query FraudRecord Database for current customer score to check if they had been reported in the past; show reports and customer record profiles or submit a report about offending customer.
