Ticket related client service let you know which client's service is associated with ticket
- In admin area, in the view of single ticket. Module display additional info related to the ticket. It contains related category, product and domain
- After clicking on the above information, you will be transfered to service details
- Client can select related service while opening ticket. Client can also skip selecting related service and leave it at its default "None" value.
- In HostBill go to Settings > Modules, find and activate Ticket_related_client_service module
- Save Changes
