Ticket related client service let you know which client's service is associated with ticket

Supported Features

  • In admin area, in the view of single ticket. Module display additional info related to the ticket. It contains related category, product and domain
  • After clicking on the above information, you will be transfered to service details
  • Client can select related service while opening ticket. Client can also skip selecting related service and leave it at its default "None" value.

Module activation

  1. In HostBill go to Settings > Modules, find and activate Ticket_related_client_service module
  2. Save Changes
